Since beginning his appraisal career in 1997, Troy has completed nearly 3,000 non-residential (mostly agricultural) and over 3,500 residential appraisals.  Troy is Certified General Appraiser, currently licensed in three states (South Dakota, North Dakota and Minnesota).  Clients range from numerous local Midwest and National lenders such as:  American Bank & Trust, Bank of the West, BankStar Financial, Citizen’s State Bank, The City of Watertown, CorTrust Bank, Dakotaland FCU, Dakota Mac, DNB National Bank, Farmer Mac, Farmers State Bank, First Dakota National Bank, First National Banks, First Premier Bank, First Savings Banks, First State Bank, Frontier Bank, Great Western Bank, Heartland State Bank, MetaBank, MinnWest Bank, Peoples State Bank, Plains Commerce Bank, Reliabank Dakota, Starion Financial, USDA Farm Service Agency, USDA Rural Development, United Prairie Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Wells Fargo Wealth Management and many Law Firms, Accounting Offices, Trust Departments and Credit Unions. 

Troy also works directly with many landowners and personal representatives of estates, completing agricultural appraisals on their behalf.  Troy is a member of the Professional Appraisers Association of South Dakota and an associate member of The Appraisal Institute.  He has 20 years of appraisal experience and covers 60 counties across South Dakota, North Dakota and Minnesota.
